Luckily the French engineers in 1750 knew their levels. This is the worst perhaps since March 2007!!

Even luckier our new MH was due last week but has been delayed or it may have been parked next to the trailer!!

At least there is still plenty of fuel in the local petrol stations!!

One of the great pleasures of living in France is that all the politics, local and national, pass through one ear and out the other without touching the sides.....but the major groups in France are supporters of being IN not OUT..

Not in our area.
They have more sense!

Your area is full of farmers. No way that they want the subsidies to end, they like spending British taxpayers cash, so of course they want us to stay in.

And the UK farmers do not get subsidies?

yes they do..

The UK is a net EU contributor.. so it's all paid for by the UK tax payer ..

and it all has to stop.. hence Brexit

The UK pays more into the EU budget than it gets back.

In 2015 the UK government paid £13 billion to the EU budget, and EU spending on the UK was £4.5 billion. So the UK’s ‘net contribution’ was estimated at about £8.5 billion.

So only the UK contributes?

Not yet heard any statement from brexit to alter my opinion!
Listened to Boris on countryfile Sunday, pure waffle!

And the UK farmers do not get subsidies?

Of course they do, but we are a Net Contributor. Last year we paid more in to the pot than everyone bar Germany.

BBC news this morning and farmers were saying that leaving the EU and losing the EU subsidies would be better for British farmers. In fact the weighting is so geared toward the powerful French farmers. Most agree that the CAP is not good for farming or farmers and is a criminal waste of taxpayers money.

Yes the limousins are famous as are other breeds. It does not mean they are the biggest industry. Or that the Limousin is reliant on them!
I will bow out now. You believe what you will.

not a surprise.. I have yet to hear any ex pat who would vote to leave.. why would you ?

just as you won't get many UK immigrants voting to leave either.. turkeys don't vote for Xmas
Cant let this go by! I can vote but will not as i feel that only those resident in UK should have a vote. But i have my opinions!
