Hello!
I´ve just bought myself a Bürstner Elegance i 810 -2012. When trying to lower the front pull-down bed it seem to be stuck in the up-position, the remote flashes red no matter which button I press, and the bed just makes a beeping noise.

I read in the forum that someone came across this earlier, but couldn´t understand the solution with some hidden button... Does anyone know how to make it work?

Have you tried a reset. This depends on the Remote.

"From Memory" mine I think has a button "R" this is pressed five times then press the down button.

On the old remotes press the up and down buttons together I believe.

It also says how to, in the manual

All the best

Hope that makes sense / helps

Thank you for answering, Keith!
However, none of it works :( I´ve tried all combinations of the buttons on the remote (up, down and the "R"), nothing happened...just the beeping sound... :(

I know this is an old post but thanks to Granjan .
Been out to the shiny gold Burstner today just to check all is ok, thought i would drop down the over cab bed to give it an airing.
Nothing.. just would not move, batteries all ok and handset lights up so assumed fuse was ok.
Quick google bought me back to this Fun post, tried it and all sorted.. (y)

I have somewhere to sleep now if Mrs Tonka kicks me out. :xrofl:
