For sale : Our 1992 Hymer S670 motorhome based on the Mercedes 410D with the silky smooth 5 cylinder 2.9 diesel engine with manual 5 speed gearbox. LHD

Price £9500

49,521 miles from new, in un-altered original condition. This model is very rare and we deliberately sought it out as it has an original fixed rear bed.

Complete with a new as yet unfitted German air suspension kit and a brand new boxed replacement refrigerator (Dometic 5380), these parts are valued at over £1500 alone.

The entire motorhome is quality from the base vehicle to the Hymer build of the early 1990's, perfect for long distance touring or full-timing.

Length - 6.62m
Width - 2.21m without mirrors
Height - 2.85m including roof bars

Gross wright - 4.6 tonnes which gives plenty of loading capacity

Viewing in central France until morning Saturday 4 June, viewing in Essex from mid-day Sunday 5 June.

Washed the roof under a large oak tree (to be out of sun) and noticed at the end tiny spots of black falling from the tree which when they met the wet roof dissolved and ran down the curves? Don't know what the spots are but tried a test spot and they do polish out.

• 2 Varta LFD 90 leisure batteries fitted 2 years ago
• dashboard fitted with a Sony radio CD player
• habitation fitted with a separate JVC radio cassette player plus 12 disc CD changer with own speakers
• electric step
• bathroom sink has a crack around the plug hole
• plastic sink backing has a fine crack
• rear fixed bed measures 192 x 133cm

Almost all replacement parts are service items which is to be expected with a vehicle of this age. I have tried to buy the best for our motorhome in all cases

Thanks Jim. The idea is to price it to sell and hope that someone will realise it's a very good buy if this is the type of motorhome they are looking for.
