How long are you going for? The whole winter? 28feet is small enough for you to not worry too much about sites. Just follow your nose, head South with a Bit of East and West and you will find plenty of places to stay. On these places it's rare if you do not find others who will give you tips on where to go next. Have fun, look in here when you can and let us know how you are getting on:thumb:

Hi

This is a popular long term winter site, we spent three months here winter 06/07
near the beach and local amenities, probably the best area of Spain for winter sun .

Would advise booking, long term sites get packed out by Christmas .. plenty of room for your RV, you will get a double pitch in winter at no extra cost .

Hi

Give Benidorm a go. There are 5 sites you will get your van on. We have over wintered there twice. You need to get there by December. Also a brand new site at Calpe and another at alfraz just outside benidorm. There is loads to see and do in the area and nothing you cant buy.

La-Manga is probably booked up,,, long term

We tried to book last Nov/Dec for March/April this year and were told on paper they were full,, but to pop in on the off chance and they may have some pulling out,, it was a gamble we took and there were a few empty spaces.

My personell opinion was that the site had gone down hill a little. i.e, disabled toilets not in use, bit scruffy..

pm sent.

Hi
you won't be disappointed . .. everyone has a great time and the Christmas we spent there was one of the best.
I hope you have bicycles, you can cycle the length of the bay , about 15mls, on safe tracks .. also useful for visiting the town for Xmas shopping ..
Bathing is good until about the end of Nov .. after thay it's a bit chilly.

Local bus service to Almeria is frequent and cheap .. well worth a visit

if you need any other info just shout

safe travels
