What's odd about the dog on the dash ? "IF" it's genuine, the dog probably would get on the dash to stay dry.

Assuming not "photoshop". The angle will be that of the Ramp, in which case it will sink no further and the dogs would be OK?.

Aah yes I didn't see it as a ramp but now it makes sense
