Good morning all. I've been awake since 5 a.m with the throng of countless different bird songs and a background of complete silence.
No satellite from vast majority of pitches due to trees, I reckon perhaps three could get a signal.
Arrived at near 20:00 due to a long delay near Settle "cycle tour of Yorkshire"
My status aerial has been put to use for the third time in three years and signal is good but had to change pitches as first one was a wall of tree trunks.
@DavidG58 E&P levellers worked in auto both times
EE phone signal is weak 3G
Wardens very nice
Not using smileys as data is so slow

Edit let's try a piccy

Nice looking site, :)

I wouldn't expect any issues with my E + P where you are parked, it does need to have a bit more to think about before it fails for me. I think when the slope goes 2 ways if you get what I mean

Have a good weekend

I think they get red squirrels round there

I bet you specifically asked for a sloping pitch

Well it's a bigger slope than it appears
Both wheels are off the floor and hanging off the suspension
I doubt the top step of milencos would achieve level never mind rock steady

Also LOOK AT ME reversed into a CC pitch with my hab door wrong side fancy that:LOL::whistle:

Meanwhile there are three British vans parked nose in

Thanks, the info on Englethwaite site is useful as we will be there in mid-May.
I agree with David G58 the auto on E&P does tend to fail when it has more than one slope to contend with. I have had my system (factory fit) since December and am happier using the manual set up. I also think my calibration for level has drifted off a bit making auto fail - I find the toilet door still swings open when on auto level. Not confident enough yet to fiddle with the calibration but that will come.
Enjoy you weekend.

Eric

I'm now in a lay-by on the A65 and it slopes two ways
Van auto levelled fine and passing traffic has next to zero effect on rocking the van.
When Mick installed the brain on the under floor he shimmed it due to my floor sloping to the front so even on level ground the front jacks have to compensate. Works well

All the way down 48 miles of the M6 we were passed by supercars exceeding the speed limit
What's going on? Lots of spectators on flyovers

Andy, I am bit puzzled why would the brain need to be shimmed when the system allows for the level position to set/calibrated? Your success with auto makes me think more and more that my level setting has drifted.
No idea why the supercars but had similar experience in France with Brits racing back to Calais after Le Man weekend. French police took no prisoners!

Auto only allows a limited extension before needing manual intervention. I think by moving the default level point it allows mine to give more lift on the front. I'm no expert but Mick knew what he was doing.
