When I looked at the Morrelo van which is a new van it had one and Cathargo also offer a removeable or swing away option?
I suspect the Morrelo didn't have an air bag, I had a look at the Murvi price list all vans come with air bags and there is no detachable option. The Carthago would have been on an Iveco chassis.

Most people who build on the IVECO base chassis including Morelo and Concorde offer the removable option but I am sure that Lenny HB will be right that an airbag is not fitted.

Morelo do a nice neat job of it with a posh looking cover to go in its place, makes the indicator stalk look a bit like motorbike handlebars.

Looks like a bit of confusion between Morrelo a Murvi PVC and Morelo upmarket German manufacturer.

Yes Morrelo are not made by Murvi they are Iveco based top end vans I am not sure on the air bag but would have thought a new van would have one fitted after all look at all of the switches ect on steering wheels they must use some type of slip rings.

It was £198,000 so I may have misspelt Morelo it was definitely not a van conversion. I have a Carthargo brochure that list one but that may be on the Iveco only.

No, it's Cathargo who can't spell Morello, Murvi can: :)

Sorry t'was I that started the confusion I believe, the Morelo I was referring to is indeed an upmarket German van based on the IVECO, no airbag though.
