OK you good people I need a little advise.
My MH insurance is due for renewal shortly.
I have been, for 3 years now, with Motorhome Facts.
Now Lifesure .Co.UK have contacted me with an attractive proposition...does anyone else use
or have knowledge of this company?
Part of the attraction is that they offer car insurance for MH owners. Do other companies offer this?
Thanks for your assistance.

We use Safeguard - reasonable and more importantly they are very efficient if and when you break down! Sorry no idea about the company you mention.

Am with them at the moment but not too sure if I want to stay with them. They did mess up a bit with my eu breakdown cover. Luckily before leaving UK I checked all the wording and had to contact them to correct it.

:D Spent the afternoon on the phone to various suppliers that had offices open today. (Sunday)
Went back to Caravanguard who we used to be with, saved over £200 on the comfort renewal price.
Half an hour getting the quote and arranging cover but that made me on £400 an hour

"Facts" insurance is brokered through the same people as Comfort and is underwritten by Avivia. Mine is with Comfort and will probably put the car with them as well. Next month have two cars insurance, the Van Insurance and a Road tax thrown in there somewhere as well. Not going to be cheap

Unless you want breakdown cover, they don't include it in the policy they refer you to their Green Flag service and it costs far more.

:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I hate insurance time. I've found its not the cheapest that is always the best. It's not just the small print you need to read through its the covered for and exclusions. Be it the weight of your Moho for recoveries, the cost of windscreens on an A class, European breakdown cover yadda, yadda, yadda.

If I saved £200 on my Comfort premium I'd only pay £59. :D
Some people's premiums do seem high at times, are you in a high risk postcode or other factor?
