As others have said - awning: head in wardrobe and look up. You should see a naked bolt in the wall.

We haven't got an awning or a bile rack. Do you mean the pull out shade thingy? Its not convenient to pull that out and look at the moment, but I'll check it out when I can. Thanks for looking.

Yes the " pull out shade thingy" is an awning.

When the pull out shade thing is fitted there are a number of nuts and bolts which fix it to the wall.
These bolts pass right through the wall and the bolts (or nuts) are visible on the inside of the wall...usually in overhead lockers or cupboards.
The plastic thing is designed to fit over, thus hiding, the bolts from view.
They usually simply push or clip over the bolt.

The Power of FUN. Now, I have a problem with my left leg, if I send a photo of it could someone tell me what the problem might be, I am waiting a Specialist appointment and Fun could be the service I need. Thanks, Photo to follow.

That's simple even without the photo, "you refuse to act your age" and keep running around like a teenager.

Don't bother. Your left leg is too close to your right leg. I said this to someone recently and got threatened with a clip around the ear.
