Felt we had to do it at least once, thought we'd hate it but we're pleasantly surprised. Villasol is a nice site and we've managed to bag a sunny pitch in the 600s near other Funsters (yay! ). Had a walk into the centre yesterday and were surprised at how busy it was, but also how clean and how polite the drivers are (quite important for us given that we have a little motorbike to get about on) although you have to be a bit careful of the mobility scooters. All in all very happy to stay here for a few days.

You are still a few days ahead of us, we should arrive tomorrow but plan on getting into cap Blanche at Albir to catch up with friends, if you are passing have a look in and say hello.

If we are out and about we will call into Villasol and see who is there, stayed there two years ago, nice position.

Never been to benidorm but neighbours do quite a lot for winter sun and say same as you. We've got heavy snow fall this morning so gonna be a cold one and heavy enough to stick I think.

No I stocked up with Spanish Gin before we left 16L at €8 a litre. The other night we did a blind taste test with this and some Hendricks, out of 6 of us, 4 preferred the Spanish

I tried to persuade the other half to M/H down to Spain next winter, but she was 'avin none of it, so I've got to rough it for a month in the Servisgroup Venus hotel on all inclusive , I'll have to try harder next time.
We swore we would never set foot in Beni, we did for a week last year and while not thrilled, did enjoy the liveliness and how cheap everything was.

Bloomin' 'eck - we're leaving tomorrow for Javea!!! Which site are you planning to stay at in Beni? Villasol doesn't allow dogs so Nobby is a no! no! Maybe catch up with you later in the week/month. Safe journey.
