They can be bought from Cromwell Tools or Buck and Hickman. Both supply to engineering firms. Look on the net to find local outlets to you.

Brownhills sell them in their Hymer stores look very similar base slightly different

They do seem a bit hefty for that rail.
Also the base plate its screwed into will have to fabricated and a thread tapped into it.
I can make you some if you let me have the size and the thread size.

You have 2 components, the ring bolt on the outside, fairly common and probably an 8mm thread.
There is a 'T' bolt assembly that slides into the rail that you can tighten into the position on the rail you want it and leaves a length of thread protruding that you can screw the eyelet onto. As with many things, the rail can be proprietary and can have an unusual backplate. Google 'halfen bolts' to give you an idea. You really need the profile maker or to look at an existing bolt to see if there is anything stamped on it.
I got into trouble at the MoD as I produced a drawing with this system and referred to the T bolt as a 'protruding male stud' technically correct but considered unnacceptable!

Need to be a bit careful here. The Fiamma ones are designed for the Faimma rails, but there are others. For example my Hymer uses the Halfen fittings that are shown on Techno's post. They are different and I do not know if each will fit the other. The ring bit is the same but the bit that fits into the rail is different.
