I have found the wipes sold by various shops for various cleaning jobs like kitchens or toilets will bring it up clean, and hasn't damaged it so far.

Any solvent or petrochemical based material will have an adverse affect on silicone.

It's funny isn't it that when you want to remove silicone nothing will touch it but when you want to clean it everything will melt it or have other adverse effects.

@Seven of nine is it actually silicone or is it a PU sealant, whatever I usually find Autoglym super resin polish quite good.

Seven of nine ( great handle) where is the silicone you want to clean, van and age would help.
