Peugeot boxer fuel reading (1 Viewer)

Hi all hope someone can help my Autosleeper peugeot boxer fuel reading is given false reading after jump stared has anyone else had this problem ,and is there a way i can fix it .

I'd try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes, then reconnect. Bedford CF's used to do the same thing & this was the only cure. It was something to do with the way the fuel sender reads the voltage or amps. Hope this helps...

Be careful where / how you connect jump leads when jump starting - '' modern '' electrics & electronics are easily fried

This may very well help as my Roadster hull gauge is powered up all the time and shows the fuel level without ignition. A jump start may have done sumfink
