Peugeot boxer fuel reading (1 Viewer)

im a Newbie
Hi all hope someone can help my Autosleeper peugeot boxer fuel reading is given false reading after jump stared has anyone else had this problem ,and is there a way i can fix it .

Since 1964 Gosh that makes me feel old.
I'd try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes, then reconnect. Bedford CF's used to do the same thing & this was the only cure. It was something to do with the way the fuel sender reads the voltage or amps. Hope this helps...

Be careful where / how you connect jump leads when jump starting - '' modern '' electrics & electronics are easily fried

This may very well help as my Roadster hull gauge is powered up all the time and shows the fuel level without ignition. A jump start may have done sumfink (n)
