Thats what I thought but it is in the east of Germany and nearest international airpot seems to be Prague. I wish I could find some history on the maker.

Hi Dave

try searching

Grenzland wohlnmobil , that thows up some sites ..

I found this on a German forum Link Removed

The company has since the early'90s (think 1993/1994) in Reisemobilbau no longer active. Die Firma Alpha & Car hat damals Grenzland aufgekauft bzw. war oder ist noch für Ersatzteillieferungen zuständig. The Alpha & Car Company has bought up or border at that time was, or is responsible for spare part supplies

Grenzland Motorhome

We fitted a Kathrein satellite system to a Grenzland today. What an amazing motorhome - 20 years old and....£90,000.00 approx when new in 1991!!!
Still looks good inside and out and the Mercedes bit works well too. It came with just about everything you could possibly think of in 1992 including an electric awning, Alde wet central heating (and that's a BIG feature on modern vans), 3.5 Kw generator, fixed double bed and a video player but no TV.
Present owner has had it since 1992 and has no desire to change.
