Refurbished TVs on Amazon. Had one 18 month, excellent.

If you want a dedicated 12v tv then dont look in any of the above.

Just have a shuftie at the cheap ones in stores as often the mains lead just has a transformer built it to convert to 12v so the TV itself is already 12v ... just replace the lead with a 12v one.
