As far as I am aware external BBQ points are standard and a bullfinch connector is usually supplied.

As far as I am aware external BBQ points are standard and a bullfinch connector is usually supplied.
"oh no there not" :) in my best panto voice.
More recent Autotrails have the Bullfinch connector, that's common and standard on a lot of newer vans.
Older AT's use a clip in connector and there are 2 sizes. My 2005 van had that type but sorry can't remember the size.
So all depends on your van and what socket is fitted.

The fittings you posted images of look like for compressed air not LPG
2002 is awkward, was it fitted in 2002 or 2004 onwards as gas pressures changed and so did the connector

GAS OUTLET NOZZLE

Used to connect the external gas BBQ point to gas hose
This item is suitable for caravans PRE 2004. If your housing lid is a "slide up" lid, this nozzle is suitable.
If your housing lid is a "pull open" lid, you need a post-2004 nozzle.
