I made this wholemeal/white chorizo and black olive bread in the Omnia ................ It's yummy :)

I could not leave my sourdough starter in the fridge at home so I bought it with me haha :rolleyes:

Joan also decided to try doing a wholemeal loaf in the double skillet on Tuesday. She added a bit of olive oil to keep it moist and help it keep as we are on a low carb diet at present. Had a slice, still warm with butter. Absolutely delicious!

We are also in Spain.

Looks wonderful - can just imagine eating it for lunch, sat in the sunshine, nibbling on olives, chorizo and ham, sipping a glass or two of red wine.........
