I've been tidying up the menu (1 Viewer)

If you've lost a link from the main menu then you'll find it in the 'Quick Links' drop down. We had far too many items in the menu making it difficult for some phone and tablet users.

Another question Jim, although John ( sheriff) logs in and has keep me logged in ticked nearly every time he has to keep putting his name and password in both his phone and iPad ... Any ideas

Sounds like he has "Private Browsing" turned on (This deletes cookies every visit) See this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203036 Hope it helps
