After a long day fell walking we fell asleep to be woken the next morning with the sound of thunder!!!, this happened every day for days on end??????.

was it the damp spell we have had this july? was it the lakeland climate?

NO NO NO .......IT WAS THE RUMBERLING SOUND OF CARAVAN Aquaroll roll water carrier's

These and the wheely caravan waste carriers,
Have a listen for yourself of the repeated rumble all day long.

People say that the sound of a generator is the worst noise to hear on a campsite.
Not me as people dont switch genny's on a 7.30am.

What noise gets on your T*T

What really gets on my t*t is whingeing campers who should be esconced in the rarified atmosphere of a cetrally heated, air-conditioned anonymous hotel with 100% sound proofing.

God almighty you'll be moaning about the cock crows anytime now!!

They start crowing at around 0530 here at the moment,so they don't wake me. A month ago it was around 4:30 and that's a bit early even for me. Little Bantam cocks are the best, they must wake up a whole square mile when they sound off::bigsmile:

The sound of people laughing and enjoying them selves..Bloody sparrows and black birds twittering in the hedge rows..
Them cow`s in the next field, munching away.. Children giggling and talking.. Noisy neighbours making a noise when stirring thier tea/coffee..
That awfull row when next door campers open`s a can of larger,,
The list is endless,, Makes me want to stop going camping.. :winky:

Bloomin sun shining in the morning making everywhere so bright with little shafts of light coming in through the blinds. Why can't it be dark and dismal all the time? I'm sure I'd get an extra hours sleep and people wouldn't be so blasted cheerful when I emerge from my van and insist on wishing me a good morning. Anybody would think they were enjoying themselves on holiday out in the countryside. What's the matter with people?::bigsmile:
