As we don't now have a '3' data contract anymore (it was only £8 a month for 15gb! :)) we needed something for when we go to our static/in the UK so we now use EE data sims instead:

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but you can buy them on Ebay for a good price, they are 4G but will work in 3G mifi/tablets etc too:

2gb: lasts up to 30 days for £4.99

6gb: lasts up to 90 days for £14.99

I've just bought a couple of 2gb standard sims for £9 delivered, instead of £10 - I just made a 'best offer' to the chap and he accepted it. :D

Shame that most of the sites I stayed on last year had no EE coverage!
That's the reason I don't use EE as well. I moved to Three in the first place because T-Mobile were useless :) I've tried Orange and EE since and never found coverage to be as good as Three when away in the motorhome.

Well, they work at our static caravan where 3 is now very 'iffy' and some of the other providers are dire too.

EE reception might improve now that BT have been given the green light to take em over. ;)

You want to try using '3' round here ... abysmal doesn't cover it!

Living the dream.
We went with 3 to get coverage abroad for our hols this year. I have O2 on my phone and Angela has Virgin we can tether to both. WiFi at our static so seem to be well connected. :)
