Help pls,water problem,auto roller 695 (1 Viewer)

Hi, currently travelling with my cousin who has a problem, there's a short pipe at the back underneath that pumps water out when pump is switched on, doesn't seem to be any where for this pipe to fit,water tank is at the front, any help greatly appreciated. Kevin(getting my £15s worth lately)

Sounds like boiler dump valve is open!

Sounds like the drain for the water boiler normally a red tap near the boiler

If the red button will not stay up put a peg on it till you warm the boiler!

My drain ( cold) is yellow & there is a presurre relief valve on the red (hot) outlet of the boiler also.
