Newhaven overnight parking (1 Viewer)

Anyone know any places to park round the Newhaven area, getting the 10.30 sailing on the 13th will be driving down from the C&CC site at Chertsey on the 12th

We slept on the dock overnight with no problems. We used the parking on the left as you go in where the weigh bridge is, however the staff car park is a couple of hundred yards further on the right. This is empty over night as staff do not arrive till 7 . When they open up there is a cafe and toilets in the building. Hope this helps.

Theres a pub, the Hope Inn on the other side of the harbour from the ferry port. They are £4 a night.

We haven't personally stayed there as we are quite close and always use the tunnel.

Thanks again just had a nice meal and now a bottle of wine and parked up in the car park and ready for the 10.00 ferry in the morning
