NEW SOLO TRAVELER IN SPAIN (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone.
Newly become Solo Traveler, currently in Benidorm - Raco.
Looking for ideas/offers, how/where to celebrate the New Year's Eve?
14th January, will start traveling south East Spain, then to Portugal and then to catch Ferry from Calais back to UK on the 6th April. Recommendations of where to visit/Routs/campsites etc very welcome.
Any solo ladies interested in meeting/Company/joined traveling, between now and April?

See what they are doing for new year maybe!!! Some based at Raco!!

Yes I am on, Judgemental. The only reply from the groupe was from Brisey the groupe owner, telling me that the venue that they are going to is sold out.

Just go out and enjoy where ever you are,! On a personal note and spending many New Years in Spain,if it's a typical Spanish one,take a black sack plus a cheap bottle of cava with you!

If you don,t want to stay on sites there are enough ,air de services in Spain,Calpe has two, Altea has a few, just outside Beni,there's many more not in the book,.depends what you like.
Almeramar down at the marina,is very nice Vera,has a good one,St Pola again harbour,I tend to keep away from large places,depends what you like.
I am in Portugal,on the Algarve,lots of service places,plus parking places,I have been out nearly 3 months,more solo,s now than earlier.
Think you will find solo,s tend to wild camp more?.as campsites tend to be couples and stay in one place for months!
Everyone is different !
Hope it's some help ! Ask anyone you meet about places,plus explore yourself,get off the big roads,much nicer.

Don't forget us in Totana if you like walking or cycling or just chatting and chilling. Not far from the motorway when you're heading towards Almeria.

Thank you very much Eve, very helpful and ashuring advice,
Hope to meet you some time somewhere.
I will stay here for the next week or two and then will start my real exploring, along the Med, Southwest, then Portugal the Algarve then up north Portugal and if I will have time back to north Spain to visit Picos De Europa on the way to catch ferry from Calais 6th April.

cant remember what site your on but if bar on site not busy which I cant imagine, just look in bars outside the site...it will be buzzing

If you put in the search engine camper contact ,it's an excellent version of stops and sites,cost nothing to down load,so you can see what's available around you,if you pay for it think £4.99, then it will also give you directions

We live next door but we will be in Portugal for 3 weeks from 21 Dec. Will then be back for a few weeks. The camperstop will be open and should have many people there to socialise with!

Thanks Eddie I am at Raco, plenty of bars opposition and still walking time to the beach.
Thanks Eve, got its App very useful even when no wifi, used it for the last 18 months.
