Good result from Fiat (1 Viewer)

We had a very minor problem with the service (done at Fiat dealer) on our base vehicle. A letter to Fiat detailing the problem and just in case it was a wider problem and needed to be addressed has resulted in the offer of a substantial discount on the next service - unasked for. We explained we were going to change the van and Fiat have said that their offer will hold for the new van.

One of the inserts came out of a holding bracket ..... not sure of the technical details but the service people said it was a manufacturing problem and had been put in originally cross threaded which meant that when they took the plug out the thread on the plug stripped so a new plug was required.
