It doesn't look like it is a one on one course...

I think I would prefer to go to a proper HGV training school and get 2-3 hours dedicated one on one training.

My advice as a Hgv Instructor is go out and practice, quite industrial estate. Follow the kerb on a right hand bend, and follow the white line on a left hand, checking mirrors to see your line.
Then practice reversing with a person watching you.
most important is learn to read the road 300 yards in front.

Just to point out ...I do drive it and drive it comfortably but was just wondering if this could teach me any more.

Hi I want to move up to an RV but I'm just a bit worried about the size iv driven vans all my life but not big fuckers . Did u fit in to it ok . I think it's the width of them that worris me abit . John

I have my HGV glass 2 ,when I pickup my new mh ,I'll spend time on an industrial estate practicing

Well I dive a fiesta and the Swift Bolero at around 8 m with scooter rack, is my first and only MH driving experience. I find it ok but takes me more concentration than a car. Reading the road ahead (and behind on motorways) mainly. Stopping the thing is not like a car.

BIL went on one a few years ago, his opinion was that it was a complete waste of time.

As Gromett says, if you are worried get some proper LGV lessons, we are about to buy a small PVC as our sole vehicle and my wife will be taking some lessons in a 7.5 tonner, for some strange reason she won't let me give her any lessons:)
