I'm a newbie
Hi Everyone,

Peter and Dee here proud new owners of a Hymer 622cl.
We were given a good demo by the sellers and have ploughed through
the manuals provided, however we still feel a little bit short of knowledge and knowhow !!
Is there anyone in the Wakefield area who would be happy to give us a little bit more of a general heads up on anything and everything !!
We would of course be happy to come to you.

Thank you

Hi and welcome, best to way to discover how things work is to get out in the van and practice.
Not when it is the alarm going off on a busy site at 01.00 though. took us about 5 goes to get it to stop. the instruction leaflet was of no help whatsoever.
Dealer made mistake when we bought our first van and we had the handover after our weekend 'snagging' trip 5 miles up the road. glad we managed to get the heater going it was late november and very cold.

welcome both it is fun trying things out though.

Hi.gif
and a warm welcome.

Agree with scotzsue. I find things a lot easier to understand if they are shown to me, rather than ploughing through written manuals.
