It's changed again but the image is too small and you can see the pixels. You don't need to reduce the image, the forum will take images of several megabytes. The image also doesn't need to be square.

You see a large avatar and a small one in the corner because you have posted on that thread. You will see a small picture of your own avatar on any thread you post on.

Suggest you start again and don't try to make your intended picture smaller as is pixelated.
