I was in the process of ordering some fishing line etc on Amazon when my wife said have you seen the Moneysaving expert article http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/amazon

I checked to see if I was eligible and then applied for a £30 gift voucher . No post or packaging. It arrived in 24 hours and 48 hours later I received the £7 voucher by email.
As the items I needed were just over £37 it was a good result.
The gift cards are valid for ten years.

I don't think so. Neither of us are Amazon Prime members but my OH has had 2 voucher offers this year while I, who spend hundreds on books, with Amazon Kindle, have had nothing.
Pure luck - or, to be really Machiavellian- perhaps they think he might spend more and it won't make any difference to my spending habits.
