I've got quite a few customers who have these and love them. They often buy them as a package for £299 for both the hand held and upright. When my dyson gives up the ghost I'll be buying one.

I am dreading our old Vax packing up. It is brilliant at picking up dog hairs. We have two dogs and the whole house is carpeted in a light coloured carpet.
It is 3kW and it appears some nonsensical EU ruling only allows low wattage vacuum cleaners now.

Just got one of these, very impressed, good suction and quite light with plenty of tools(y) and they tell me it can be charged at 12v it'll just take longer;)
I've got most of the G-Tech products including this hand held cleaner and find it very useful in the m/h. I doubt if you can charge it directly off 12v as it has a 22v battery which I charge through the inverter.

We bought a Gtech upright after being impressed by seeing one in action. Very pleased with it; compares well to a vacuum cleaner.

It funny that most Vax stuff get terrible reviews:confused:
You will find plenty of vacuums that will still pick up your dog hairs, Miele are very good

I've got the Miele Cat & Dog and it's brilliant! I was very unsure about buying a cylinder cleaner after having upright Dysons for many years but it certainly does the job.

We've still got the old G tech 10 years old now and still does a good job but the battery doesn't hold it's charge so well nowadays.

I have come across one of the G teck 22V handheld vacuums and thought it was very good if you want to spend that much. Having read plenty of reviews, we recently bought a Black + Decker PD1820L (currently £74.99 in Argos) which has a flexible hose with 2 attachments and quite impressive suction for what it is. The only downside is that this has a 18V battery so will have the same issues with charging.
