Duvets .. and fleece blankets
I suppose it's just a choice thing really.
Sleeping bags are probably better if the vans cold at night but van obviously be a little restrictive.

Feeling very smug because last weekend we bought two Duvalays and their storage bags for a grand total of £65! The owner said that they had only been used once. They have now changed motorhomes and the new motorhome has a fixed bed. The Duvalays are in really good condition and normally are £119.95 each plus extra for the storage bags. Trying them out this weekend.

For a single bed, either 2 single duvets, one thicker than the other - weather will determine which one on top, or my preference, a double size duvet using half as the undersheet.

Slepping bag? Never could get on with them - too restrictive when trying to turn.

Last time I used a sleeping bag was in a tent..
Sleeping bags are far too restrictive.. even the double ones.. moved on from that ..

Our motorhome is a 'home from home' .. not a tent.. so we use a fitted sheet and duvet ..

I use a standard sleeping bag but not done up as I find it wraps around me. The wifey has a military maggot and as she is cold blooded has it pulled up to the neck and the hood ready to go on. I do not know what happens in winter but he Chausson is VERY DRAUGHTY.

When we had the Bessacarr which we used in 2 singles configuration I made Suevalays using a double duvet cover, stitched a seam vertically from the opening end, not quite central. One side took a memory foam topper, the other a single duvet. Sorted. Added warmth from a fleece blanket if needed.

Ditched KS sheet and duvet ( too big to handle but not big enough to reach my side when its cold) now have double flat sheets folded once lengthways, one on each single bed, stay in place and much easier to tuck round sides and ends of each single bed. Double thickness protects mattresses more, think insect bites!
Another folded sheet over centre cushion simply unfolds a couple of times to sit on top of this cushion when we pull it out at night. Single duvets on each side with very lightweight duvets for summer, thicker for UK winter, no one complaining or fighting over the duvet. Find it easiest if we are away for a long time to have a wash day just before we move to a new site, except when travelling we tend to stay in one place 4 or 7 nights at a time, South of France very hot and its nice to arrive at a new place with a clean van, clean clothes and clean beds. Front electric bed made up with double sheet / duvet in case one of us is ill.

Duvalays for our single beds. Found that Duvets tended to slip off the bottom of the bed during the night.

We have memory foam topper then fitted sheet with duvet, pillows etc. We do keep a couple of sleeping bags in there just in case its goes very cold.

We do exactly the same, just change the quilt depending on the season. Gary

Fitted sheet and Duvet (TOG according to season 3.5-13.5). Can't bear sleeping bags as I find them restrictive and I can't stick my feet (which get hot even in the winter) out of the bottom. SWMBO feels the cold so the van thermostat is always too high for me.
