We agree with Judgemental, Camping Covelo was excellent. We were there in September and it was pleasantly quiet. Lots to do in the area and good cycling. We preferred that to Garda.

Never got to finding Covello, we stayed at Iseo and i must say what a clean site it was, very nice, made very welcome, showers/toilets etc spotless, situated right on the lake - Beautiful - we had planned to stay 3 nights as it was so nice before moving on, and just a stroll into the town it was ideal for a munch to eat an drink, however after the first night we were kept awake by a neighbors barking dog (from a house across the way - not on the site) barking on/off all night right up to 4am in the morning, an if there is something that really pizzes me off in life is selfish people and other peoples crap ! We left the next morning an headed off :( But aint that the beauty of being able to do that ?

dog must have been on holiday when we visited this summer:D

preferred camping Iseo to Covelo to be honest even though it has no restaurant (bar OK) it has a proper beach you can swim from. Covelo all green rocks:censored:. More expensive then Covello though. Both have equally great staff equally nice sites in their own right, would happily go back to either:)
