Hi I have an Autotrail cheyenne 2009 it has a solar panel which was fitted by the last owner I have been told that the vans system can manage up to 200w without changing anything. My question is how do I tell the size of the original one so I can add another up to the 200w max.

Yes that fits the spec of a 100 watt unit.

Which Sargent panel do you have? EC***
