Transit OBD socket (1 Viewer)

Can any one tell me where the OBD socket on an 09 transit is.

Can't be specific, but it should be in easy reach of a seated driver.

Try down the steering column below the dash trim.

I have crawled all round the under dash area and it certainly seems to be well hidden as I can't find anything remotely like the OBD socket

The panel under the steering wheel as said above..mine is 08.. imagine it would be similar location..

Give the panel a good pull ..its held at each corner by metal clip and can be quite tight..The socket should be clipped to the bar... you can see I ended up cable tying mine on as plugging in various stuff loosened it.
