This is the route I’ve used a couple of times. A bit cross-country but once out of Canterbury it’s virtually a straight run.
It’s not as complicated as it reads and a nice little route to load to your GPS if it can handle routes.
So, coming from the West or the North side of Dartford Crossing just pick up the M2 & A2 and head for Canterbury and the first waypoint of:
51.27001, 1.09359 – this is the turning from the A2050 in south Canterbury onto the B2068.
Then 51.26775, 1.09388 – the next B2068 check point.
Then 51.09361, 1.05031 – From the B2068 0nto the A20 after crossing over the M20.
Then 51.09507, 1.10246 – Swing back onto the opposite carriageway A20.
Then 51.09467, 1.10039 – Slip road to tunnel entrance and joining with traffic coming from M20 J11a
Maybe your smart GPS would take this route anyway!
