Eribacar Newbie says Hello! (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody. I've joined the forum on the recommendation of my Uncle Steve, a rich git with a big Bessacar!
Have just changed from 'tug gin' to chuggin' with a 1996 Eribacar 580. Only trouble is, it's got a load of switches on the control panel - all in French! I have been able to translate, but they still don't make much sense to me (had fewer switches in my caravan lol)
Without a manual, I'm guessing, so any help gratefully received.

The panel
First switch is just the light for the panel
The next two are grey water and fresh water (might not work)
After the gauge is the test button for the batteries (next two)
The last one marche/arret is not connected (says my very basic 'manual')

Oh, that explains why very little happens when I press some of the buttons!
I think the whole set up might be a bit less complicated than it at first appears!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, probably should post this elsewhere, but does anybody know of a company in my area (Somerset) who can fit swivel seats? Our van has had replacements fitted, but these no longer swivel!
Oh, Barclaybasher, what sort of awning is that? Was wondering if I could get one to fit.....

The awning is an Omnistor Compact that looks like original equipment

One change I did make was to change the useless 'in sink' Reich taps
