I'm a newbie although i have been caravaning off and on since 1986
Just a quick introduction, Hi to everyone.

Just sold our caravan and purchased a 2009 Swift Bolero 630 Motorhome.
So excited for new adventures travelling around.
Had a caravan for many years off and on, done lots of rallies, we thought we needed something different and have been thinking about changing for quite a while.

Hi Mark and Jan

We changed over 3 years ago and not rushing to go back yet, the caravan suited us just fine at the time and we had a lot of use out of it.
The one thing will might miss is the transport when on site but we always parked up and cycled everywhere so we knew that a motorhome would be right for us and it does open up a lot of other places to stay, Aires and Stellplats and motorhome stopovers.

Enjoy

Hi and welcome to the fun. Worked out the difference yet? Caravan = site sitters, motorhome = touring and no need to return to the site at the end of the day.

Moved UP ????????? :D:D:D Am I the only one that when on site all caravan owners seem duty bound to extol the virtues of caravans and tell me all the downsides and pitfalls of motor homes ? :):)

Anyway Greetings to the OP ................

Hi & welcome,:)

We changed to a MH last September after caravanning for 20-odd years and love it.

Can't believe it is so different to caravanning & we are just getting our heads around it now.......(y)
