First moho 11/2013, second 11/2014 current from 09/2019.
We have a 21.5 Avtex L217DRS HD Freeview/Freesat TV as shown below which we bought from John Lewis.
It fitted nicely in our Autosleeper, but it is too big for the slide out cabinet in the new Moho.

The TV is as new in it's original box.

Price £300 (currently £390 in JL).
The TV still has three plus years guarantee.

Would swap for your smaller used Avtex TV with a cash adjustment to us.
We want to stick to the Avtex brand as we have had a Cello in the old Moho and the viewing angles were poor.

Your TV does not need to have a built in tuner or DVD players as out Oyster satellite system has these features. It must have a USB input.

The USB input is the sole reason for wanting to replace the current TV.

We need one that will fit in the slide out cabinet shown below, the key measurements for it to fit in the cabinet are from the left hand edge of the TV to the left hand VESA fixing screw on the back of the TV must be 16cm or less. The maximum width of the TV is 42cm.

We are going to Bristol Balloon Festival, Wrenbury and Malvern so can bring it along with us if you are also going to these meets.

Well I have had no offers of swapping Avtex TVs with fellow Funsters.

So today I bought a 18.5" Avtex from John Lewis which fits the Hymer TV cabinet perfectly.

Any one want to buy a Avtex 21.5"?

I'm sure you all need to upgrade your TV now that autumn is approaching (well in a couple of months).

Ok so a little problem you may be able to help with. I have movies on hard drive and can see them using the USB port, however if I move them to a USB memory stick I can no longer see or play them any ideas please?

More than toes wet now!
How is the hard disc formatted in comparison to the USB stick? NTFS vs FAT vs FAT32 ..........
TV may only be able to read, say, FAT32 whereas pc can read others?

Hi try this

1 – Press “source” button on remote

2 – Enter code “2580″ on the numeric keypad while select source menu is still on screen.

3 – Adjust to show ‘DivX’ or USB on

4 – Press ‘source to exit.

For TV’s with a DVD player use engineers code 9210, and you can also set the region code to ’0′ to watch DVD’s from any region.

@Mr Mousy A little point I know but to avoid confusion for any potential buyer..
I think you will find the TV is "Free to air" not Freesat... :)

I am please to say the TV receives 'free to air' broadcasts using its built in receiver - freesat - using a satellite dish or freeview using an aerial.
