yes you can,its a motorvehicle under Road Traffic Act so use of blue badge is allowed provided the person who holds the badge is using vehicle or passenger.

Most council parking offices are pleased to help MH owners with blue badges to find somewhere appropriate for parking if they contact them in advance.

Be aware, though, that MHs are effectively precluded from using a lot of car parks purely because of their size (e.g. requirement to fit within a bay) and having the badge might not prevent issue of a penalty notice.

Hi Richard

I produce an illustrated Guide for Blue Badge users on holiday on the Continent.

It is an A4 Booklet where you select the Country you are in - on the left hand page our Guide will then tell the Police in their own language what you as a Blue Badge Holder are entitled to - and you put your Badge on the right hand page to prove your entitlement.

If you want a free copy, email me your return address and I will send you a copy (I would appreciate a small donation toward post and packaging (it requires a jiffy bag).

Disabled parking in Cornwall, the car parks we used required both the blue badge and disability tax disc to be exempt from parking charges. hope this helps

hi
we use ours all the time, if you don't pay the tax (registered disabled) on the van.
you can use the dartford crossing free
the humber bridge free
the severn bridge free and also the forth bridge free.
you do have to apply for a card for dartford
vouchers for the humber.
and i believe you just show your badge at the others.
was parked in dover on marine drive traffic warden having a winge about the size of our van.

The blue badge is issued to the named applicant and can be used in any vehicle providing the holder is an occupant. However generally parking fees are still payable unless the vehicle is displaying an exempt disc (not a classic disc). Exemption from road tax is available if the person is in receipt of the higher rates of disabilty benefit.

Has it got to be your only vehicle or can you claim free road tax on two vehicles being that one is only used at one time.
