Driving Off With Grey Water Tap Open (1 Viewer)

We were at the lovely little Dennis Cove camp site in Padstow a couple of days ago and were surprised to see motorhomer with a new (15) Eldiss drive off emptying their grey water along the campsite road. It's not as if they had forgotten to close the tap or it would have been nearly empty. Instead the water was gushing out even when they stopped to put rubbish in the bins when the last of the water came out with bits of food in it.
Dennis Cove does not have a motorhome point so it's quite acceptable to run your water into a bucket and empty it into the hedgerows., but I thought this particularly thoughtless especially as the site is beautifully kept and the facilities immaculately clean

It's that public perception thing again, could have quietly dumped it on the grass or bucket it into the hedge, but noooooo.
If it ain't witnessed, no one knows or cares.
Simple.

Obviously, as a new motorhome owner, he was not in the least bit concerned about people seeing him letting water out on the road.

Maybe he has yet to discover how heated some folk get over this action!

I let my grey water out on the road too sometimes.

There is always somewhere to empty grey water on a site, be it a specific dump point or a hedgerow. Not to do so is, at the least, bone idleness.
