When I set up my account they got it right and put my van as a Class B. Just went in to top up and suddenly I'm back as a Class C - 2 Axle Goods.

What does the V5 say you are? They are probably working off the VRN and what the DVLC computer says.

I guess that's the answer, private light goods. It is possible to get the V5 changed I believe to show motorhome. Someone here might be able to advise or maybe start a new thread?

Just checked my account and our van is still Class B. They probably just realise suvverners have far more money to spend than we poor northeners

I had the same experience quite a while ago now. I got it resolved via their Facebook page and it is still in class B car to this day.

Mine is 3850kgs shown as PHGV. Listed as class B. Recently went both ways, just breezed through and only charged £1.67 each way. Well pleased with the new set-up.
