Depends what you want to do or where you want to go, do you mean living in it fulltime, or just a long tour.

Wow I love these questions ::bigsmile:

A nice budjet and a world of oysters.

You should have plenty of options. Are you intending on doing a lot of touring? or is space required and you will be static for long periods?

are yoy living in this country or somewhere hotter?

With more details Im sure we will be able to give our twopence worth to help get you sorted.

i think, for £20k you could get a nice yank tank.

lots more room than a eurobox for long-terming

for some reason i am no keen on lhd and the size of them ,something up to 20 feet and rhd.
many thanks from a novice to mh

Hi, Madozz- have a look round for a Mirage- there are 2 models the 5000 and 6000. About 24ft and very well equipped nd insulated. The 5000 is available on Fiat, the 6000 on Mercedes. We spent last christmas & new year in ours and were very comfy. But as others have said you have plenty of choice for your budget.

I'd recommend American as well. You'll get used to LHD.
Sounds like I'm in a similar position to you, just a few months further down the line.
My Chevy Sea Breeze (see pic) cost me less than £10k on ebay. Its 29 ft, got everything (shower, fridge/freezer, central heating etc) and its great.
For £20k it just won't be 15 years old - you'll never look back!

Are you staying in the UK or intending to go abroad and if so how far afield?

Will you want to stay on sites, Aires or equivalent or wild camp?

Will you be in warmer climes in the winter or in the UK?

Will you be touring and hopping from place to place or spending a long time (define) in one place?

Living in it 10 months of the year and not moving round a lot

Id buy a 5th Wheel and a pickup.

All the comforts and space of an RV but without the mechanical downside. You also get a usable vehicle to drive around in.
