Now at Vall de Laguar ACSI site. The whole area is stunningly beautiful. Like Totana this is the real Spain! Nothing like the Benidorms of the Med coast!

One of the the views is from the campsite looking towards Denia and the Med!

Funsters Hashers2 is on the next pitch to us!!!

Hi, Ken and Steph, found another gem then? We also like the walking there and for the more adventurous a route called, Val de Infierno is a must, that's if you can manage the 12 or so abseil's through a gorge which sometimes holds waist deep water, we once guided a group of Brits through it with an average age of 65. Both fun and testing for all involved.

But yes another gem! Our kind of place!
Did the hospital walk today, the old leper place?
Then walked up to the English couples house to buy some jams, chutneys n muffins!

Another good site is Camping L'Orangeraie near Calig ...about 5 miles inland from Benicarlo but a million miles away in terms of peace and quiet....sun, free wifi (OK a bit slow), lots of blossom and oranges etc....whats not to like...
