Another little upgrade to make servicing sweeter. These are the regular X250 undertray fixings that require screwing in and out with a T25 bit.

I have replaced them with these

and these on the leading edge

The only alteration was to drill the holes out to 8mm. The front fixings simply push in and a quarter turn to release.
The rest of the fixings are qaurter turn in and out.

I can't work out how the captive part of the second fixing is attached to the chassis Andy, any clues, or even better, pictures ?(n)

Before I start on this mod, I am assuming these are stainless or at least rust proof zinc ?? I have stainlessed all my pipe clips screws under the habitation, I like stainless !
Did you see my back skirt mod to seal in all the naked cables of my rear lights and numberplate lights. Length of plastic soffit board etc. ? Have you got substantial rear mudflaps mine are s$%t ?

Unfortunately mine, being the old shape, is attached with bolts needing a 17mm socket & a couple of 10mm ones.
Fortunately there are access panels for oil plug drain & filter .(y)
when it does need removing it's an awkward job on your own.
