The only person on the planet who can advise you is you.

Get in it. Simulate: Store you belongings, cook a meal , go to the toilet, have a wash/shower, sleep. But most of all, it's pouring down, how comfortable are you locked inside all day ?

Hi Kevin,
We have the Marquis Majestic 155 dealer special variant of the Elddis Autoquest 155, bought new in December. It has a few enhanced details above the Autoquest: wind-out awning, microwave, extractor fan, winter pack etc., but is otherwise almost identical.
Been on only one trip so far to check everything out, but found nothing to concern us (apart from a couple of slight niggles that the dealer/Elddis are going to fix). It's pretty good value for what you get. We decided on this layout after months of looking at all sorts of variations and it provides exactly what we wanted.
The bathroom layout would be better if the toilet and shower were transposed. The old Aspire / new Encore has this arrangement, but then they are both higher spec models and so are more expensive.
The fixed bed is something we particularly wanted, but beware it's not the easiest thing to make up.
It has a lovely light and airy ambience. Bed is really comfortable. We have a 150bhp motor which seems more than adequate. For our initial outing we got 28mpg.
Hope this helps.

4ok is a lot to spend on your first motorhome, you will lose a fortune if you decide you don't like the quality, layout etc.

I would reconsider and go back to the drawing board to study the options.

Paul.
