I love metal detecting too. I have spotted a good potential large hill just next to a castle that is farm ground left in fallow always that looks promising. I'm not a pro but have found a few things wink wink

I'm not sure but there was talk of metal detecting as a POSSIBILITY at @Wildman 's Ilfracombe meet .. but not sure what decisions were made. Hollyberry may help.
