That's a lot of weight 200 kilos min I would imagine think I'll take trip to weighbridge and do some calculations first. Would you mind telling me the height of your gts less mirrors please I can't find this info on web.

Kawasaki Versys 650cc (210kgs) carried in the garage just drop screen (2 allen bolts) and mirrors. Looked at a Vespa GTS a few months ago but same weight as my Kawasaki and actually bulkier so took up more room in the garage.
Before anyone comments there's still plenty of weight left on the rear axles and I do take it too a weighbridge regularly.

Hi - I can measure my Vespa GTS tomorrow for you. The Vespa is around 160kg.

I carry it around on a Easylifter hydratrail. Autotrail tracker FB with air suspension.

Runs a treat on it. (y)

Honda vision 110 about 100kg inside the garage but it puts me at my rear axel limits,
So I put air suspension on rear and increase the tyres size and loading to 118 to give me a extra margin

Currently a Honda 90 !!
Fantastic bit of kit for MH use as it is very light, cheap as chips to run, god forbid anything breaks parts are available ANY where ..
I carry it on a cheap rack that bolts to the tow bar ( The rack is the type that has the two slots for the wheels.. It was under £80 new :) )

Got to love a chicken chaser thats what I learned to ride on I once had 7 c50s,70s and 90s at one point as my Uncle was salesman at local honda dealer so I got all old no px and mot failures. Im a big honda fan but Ithink if I was buying new I would buy a Kymco Agility City 125 about 1700 new cheaper than a Honda and I had one on a greek fortnights holiday and it was fantastic. But as said realy fancy a Vespa Gts the 125 dosnt appear to be any lighter so may as well have a few more cc but I think its going to be a no no

Honda 300 fits in garage without removing mirrors or topbox, still not near weight limit.

Bought a Lifan Aero 125cc which fits inside the Garage on my Carrado 447 . The only problem is lack of power on hills, resulting in the wife having to get of!! the dealer tells me that it will loosen up after 1000 miles. Not sure this is going to happen. I live 15 miles from main importer so a trip to them and ask a few questions is on the cards in the next few days. Also waiting for our new Burstner which has a slighter smaller garage so all this info from you Funsters is very welcome as it looks like a new bike may be the answer? I will weigh the new van when we get it to see what we can get in the garage or it may have to buy trailer, the Easy Lift seems to be the best option again from reviews from my fellow Funsters. If anyone rides two up on there scooter/bike recommendations welcome. Or do I just get a bigger cc licence no problem.

Nice try but you didn't completely hide the safe behind the gas bottle.

No I know poxy thing was in the van when I bought it and I cant get at the bolts to remove it. Worry is some toerag will spot it and do shit loads of damage trying to get it open. Stipid place to put a bloody safe eh!!

Honda Innova 125. Weighs in around 100 is and, as it is based on the Honda Cub ( Honda 50, 90) etc there have been millions produced . Easy to find spares and people who know how to fit them!

Porkster, I carry a scooter (Yamaha 50 cc) on a rack at the rear. The latter is half the weight of the racks that are attached to a tow bar and was specially made (and fitted) for my MH at a cost of £500. Like you I ride bikes and I feel a prat on the scooter so am currently restoring a '73 Honda 125s that weighs around 90 kilos and of course has more guts than the scooter! I hate the 'twist and go' transmission on the scooter.

Cover it with a "false tool box"(obviously home made) Just what I did on my last van.

I actually like a rev and go evan though I'm a weighty fella never had a problem 2 up on a modern 125 scooter. If its possible for me to fit a vespa gts in garage then that's route I'll go down if not back to drawing board.
