Hi Theresa

Have you considered using the aire at Honfleur??
Its a 15 mile drive from the ferry port. Has room for over 100 motorhomes, costs €7 per night, you may even get an electric hook up. We have stopped there on many occasions and found it to be safe. The local police patrol regularly during the night. Honfleur is a lovely place and is well worth a visit in its own right.

Hi we stayed the other side of Roscoff the view of the sea was to die for and a free "aires"
Buy a book of aires and where ever you go ask in the tourist info. office they only speak "a little English" but they know where to stop off free of charge.
If only it was the same here.
Have happy travels Mark.

On exiting the port, you meet an island, drive round it, and take the road right, just before coming back to port entrance, drive a couple of hundred yards, parking on the right.
Don't hang about fills up quick, if there are many vans on your ferry.
