Hola to all
Ann and i are coming over from our home in Spain via the tunnel in May. We would like any info on cheap/reasonable price sites around Haywards Heath and then around Warrington Cheshire. As we have been over here in Spain for 7 years have lost touch of were to stay. Plus we are no longer members of any of the clubs !
We are over for two weeks

If you check the Ukcampsite web site "Camp Site Search" button at the top of the front page I am sure you will find a number of sites near where you are looking, and most of them have reports from people who have used them hope that helps,

I do hope this is OK to post, sorry if I have compromised any rules about mentioning other sites, but it is a very useful listing .

Seven years is a long time away, not many "Cheap and reasonable" sites exist now, best bet is a CL , even though your not club members, some don't bother one way or the other.

Most club sites accept non members albeit without a club discount.. but even they are not cheap any more..

Just in case you didn't know - there are two Bank Holidays in May !

Mon 4th - May Day
Mon 25th - Spring Bank Holiday

A lot of campsites become fully booked around these times

Just a thought

bring your euros with you then they will be cheap

There's very little around Warrington, I'm afraid, and certainly no campsite I'd recommend.
See reviews on the websites listed above.

There's a nice layby in our crescent, though, if you're desperate!



P.S. if you book soon, you could have a room in a Travelodge for £19 a night - about what many campsites charge.
