Just an early request before xmas, and before you drink the lot or throw away any unwanted Xmas Present`s...

I intend to hold a "Raffle"...

So any Gift`s for the Raffle will be gratefully received....

Draw to take place after the "Whole Hog Roast" on the evening of Saturday the 20th of June...

1st = Prize will be a Tablet or a Lap Top Computer.. (Not one of my knackered ones, a Brand New one.. )

Nearer to the Rally, I will ask from those that are going to the Rally, what they would like to win A Tablet or a Laptop and go with what is most voted on, Although as they will be brand new and not purchased till just before the Rally, you may be able to go to the shop and swop for what ever you want, The receipt will be given with the prize..

2nd = Prize will be a (Approx) 1/2 Gallon of Quality Whiskey..

And what ever you good folk donate...

ALL PROCEEDS will go to "Julia`s Hospice for Children, which is situated in = https://juliashouse.org/

I will hang on to our gift to them, till we go to Jes & Lin`s meet at "Norden Farm", and a few of us can take what we have raised and give them a nice big cheque on behalf of "Motorhome.Fun"..

PS.......... The Computer & Whiskey is a donation from a member, so all money raised will go to Julia`s House..

Had a couple of P.M`/Conversations sent to me... Regarding people going away and wondering about payment for this rally..

No payment till you arrive...

The fee`s are = With EHU £13-50 per night...
The fee`s for NO EHU = £10-50 per night...

The cost last time I had the Hog Roast was by donation to cover the expense of the Hog the Fat, gas etc.. and was covered..

So this time because of all the trimmings Roast Tatty`s Bread Roll`s etc I would suggest a donation of about a £5 per head... and any excess will be put to the Raffle Money for the donation to Julia`s House Hospice for Children..

If, like last time, make sure you have room in your fridge, there was plenty after to take away..

Hope you approve of this suggestion..

I ran a Bikers rally and we did the same, when a few of us went to hand over a cheque we were invited in to see the fantastic facility`s and meet some of the children.... Heart Breaking...

To see the poor kid`s knowing some would never come out..

Ran a few more rally`s after that first one, and all way`s donated to them.. But I would all way`s stay out side

I don`t think I could go in again...

One has to ask "Why" them when there are some evil people about...

Just had a thought and an idea.....

Thinking of having an "Auction" on one of the get together`s...

Just an idea and please let us have your thought`s...

How it will work...... Any coming to this Rally that have obsolete Motorhome related bit`s and pieces they no longer use or purchased and did not really need to.... We have all done it..

Bring them along and let us know what you would like for them..

The idea is we Auction them and when they reach the price you are hoping to get.. (The price you want)... any excess monies goes into the pot for Julia`s House..
