Now that there are no tax discs to worry about, doe's this mean I can tax my moho on line from Spain

Not sure if that would invalidate insurance. I think there's something in the small print says you have to have a legal vehicle or your insurance is kaput.

Good idea, to drive in a vehicle abroad your vehicle must be legal in the country in which it is registered, your insurance would also be invalid, at a guess, I believe you could leave yourself open to having the vehicle siezed and/or a large fine. In practice, this would probably only happen if you were involved in an accident or stopped for a traffic offence so, depends if your feeling lucky!

In short no.

An MOT testing station must be be inspected approved and licenced.

To expand on my previous post, when you take a vehicle abroad, it is temporarily imported to the country you are visiting, most country's accept temporary importation on the basis that the vehicle is legal in its country of registration. If it is not, it is treated as an illegal import, I understand that in some countries enforcement and penalties for this can be severe.
